Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) enables individuals, both citizens and residents, to inquire about the status of a health card application submitted at an earlier time.
Online Instructions
- Fill out the online form by entering all the required information.
- Enter QID number, then click on “Next”.
- Enter application and receipt numbers.
- Select transaction type and application status.
- Pay appropriate fees and submit your application.
Offline Instructions
- Visit any HMC facility or a health center affiliated to the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC).
- Provide required information and inquire about application status.
