The E-Contract System allows you to register your company and view its important data such as: name, e-mail, authorized persons & PRO. You can also create new contracts for your employees once you enter the basic data of the contract such as: visa number/Qatari ID, the country of the employee, employee's address, working start date, contract's duration and probation period, basic salary and allowances.
You can view the contracts of your employees at any time and re-print them or download once again.
Online Instructions
- Select "Company Register" from the E-Contract System's page.
- Enter the company's establishment ID.
- Enter the mobile number of a signature authorized person or PRO.
- Click on "Register".
Additional Information
- After successful registration, SMS will be sent with the password to all authorized signatories and PRO, also an e-mail message will be sent to company's e-mail.
- In case of non-completion of the company's data at the concerned department, you would be unable to register your company in the E-Contract System.
- You can print the contract or download as a PDF file, and the contract is divided into two sections: first section for the Arabic language and the second section for the Employee's language.
